80 gr powdered sugar
1 whole egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
Put all ingredients in a food processor in the listed order.

Bake in the preheated oven on 380 F for 6 minutes if you like light coloured or 8 minute if you like them darker.

Remove pan from oven and let them cool 2-3 minutes before you transfer them to a plate.

Tips:
- use a food processor, it work faster and the dough is well processed;
- do not process more than one batch at the time, if you have too much in the food processor the dough will be under processed;

Process for 30 sec to one minute by pulsing the processor. When the dough is looking homogenized stop, put it in a plastic wrapping paper and place it in the refrigerator for 15 min to chill.
Mold the dough like a stick, fill up the cookie gun and form cookies on ungreased pan. You can also use a cookie cutter

- I always bake 3-6-9 batches at the time, I use 6 non stick trays, because I do not have to wait for the cookies to cool, I rotate the process (while I wait for the first two trays to cool, I have going the third and fort trays baking and I'm gunning trays 6 and 7 at the same time... ) but you can just try the recipe to see if you like it and then do it like me. It is only take me an hour to make 6 - 12 trays;
This is our favorite cookie, the older the tastier... they last for weeks.
