CRACKERS SALAMI COOKIES |

Ingredients:
2 lb bag of animal crackers
25fl oz water( in my case 2 X16.9 fl oz water bottles = 2X500 ml water bottles from whom I removed a third of water in each bottle)
2 cup sugar (or less)
4-6 tbsp cocoa
3 butter sticks at room temperature
vanilla extract
walnuts, almonds ( I roast them before), coconut or other nuts, soft candies, dry fruits you might like ( I did not use this) in total 3-4 cups of them

with my hand or with a rolling pin I brooked the
crackers straight in the bag |

I poured one cup of sugar and
vanilla extract in each water bottle |

shake to dissolve the sugar |

pour the sweet water and mix in
the broken crackers by hand |

ad the nuts (soft candies, coconut,
dry fruits if you want them)
and cocoa and mix again by hand |

add butter sticks and mix again my hand |
it is looking like this

start shaping in baguette, wrapping them in the plastic wrap an roll on the table to give it a salami shape, unroll from the wrap, roll trough almonds (or coconut if you like) and re wrap in a new clean plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting. |
